Customize the timing and duration of every step in both your buyer and seller listing programs.
First, navigate to the Resources page. Locate the Global section of the menu on the left hand side and click on Programs.
On the Program Steps page, you'll see two tabs: Selling and Buying Programs.
To edit the steps within a specific phase, expand the section accordingly. Once the steps are visible, you can customize them as needed. The first number indicates the number of days after the listing is created when this step will commence. The second number represents the duration of the step in days. For instance, in this example, the property data step will begin two days after the listing is created and will last for a duration of seven days.
You have the flexibility to customize this for all phases and steps within both your selling and buying programs. This serves as a template for when a new listing is created - and allows you to modify each step's start date, end date, and duration directly within each individual listing.
